personal.
I don’t even know what happened.
I have been eating like crap! It’s absolutely terrible, and now my allergies are acting up which isn’t exactly helping my situation.
To top it all off my knee is fucked up. I have no idea what I’ve done to it. I think it might have something to do with my attempt in running.
I started kind of hard when it came to “”“running”“” then my knee started popping and acting weird, and now when I bend my leg my knee gets really tight and kind of hurts when I stretch it back out. So, if you have any idea about what I’ve done or how to fix it, your input would be greatly appreciated.
Anyway, I’m going to try to start again (not running/walking but eating healthy) tomorrow because I can eat healthy.
Running against the Darkness
I got new tennis shoes yesterday! YAY!

I got home around 8pm after walking the mall some with my sister then we went out and ran a little (mostly walking). I used the nike+ app to track it and in six minutes (we were dying after that) we walked/ran a little under a quarter of a mile. It’s a start right?
The shoes are awesome! Surprisingly comfortable for the first time I wore them. Also, I love being able to track my run—I don’t leave my drive way (it’s already embarrassing enough in my drive way).
I honestly never thought I’d enjoy working out like this—walking/running. But I really like it, I’m excited to get better at it.
Anyways, today hasn’t exactly been on point food wise, but tomorrow will be better.
Hope your weekend is splendid!
(Also, in case you were wondering I burnt 39 calories in 6 minutes. haha)
“Fat” is an adjective - not an insult.

Hi there!
I’m working on it again! My fitness that is.
And I’m really enjoying it so far. I even *attempted* to run today. I’m trying to do the c25k program, and today I was supposed to rotate walking and jogging for 30 minutes. I got through 11 of those minutes, but it’s a start right?
I’m also getting back on track when it comes to eating. I was doing terrible (even buying my lunch—fries daily). But, I did somewhat better today, still some room for improvement.
I am trying something different this time around—I’m logging most of my stuff electronically and using pen & paper. So I don’t know if that will make a difference or not.
I also set up so goals & rewards, first up new tennis shoes. I haven’t bought tennis shoes since seventh grade (I’m almost finished with my junior year). I think my old tennis shoes may have something to do with my inability to finish the c25k training today. But I have to tough it out until I lose 10lbs (if I don’t die first ;)). If you have any suggestions for shoes let me know! I like the idea of Nike so I can use the Nike+ app for my phone, especially if I get into running.
Confession: aside from wanting to chop my legs off to make them stop hurting, I kind of enjoyed running/brisk walking. Maybe this is a good thing—well it can’t be a bad thing, right? :)
Hope you’re all well!
Maybe doing this?
Jumpin’ on the bandwagon. At least to see how far I can make it!
I should do thissss.
